The Sleeping Bags Outlet is part of Silverfox Global Ltd and as such all payments will be taken under this name.

:: Delivery

Our products are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD Courier from Leeds. If you feel your delivery has been lost in transit please see below.


:: Returns

You have the right to return your goods at any time up to the end of 14 working days after you receive the goods (see below). To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give notice to us by phone or email, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address below:

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If returned goods arrive in a damaged or unsaleable condition you will not receive a refund.Unless the order is found to be faulty you will only be refunded the value of the items and not the postage.

:: Orders Lost in Transit
Due to Royal Mail terms and conditions of postage we must wait 14 days before declaring an order lost in transit. If you feel that your order is taking longer than expected to arrive please contact us.

:: Undelivered Items Returned to Us
If an order is returned to us by the courier because the customer did not collect or rearrange another delivery we will have to charge a second delivery.

:: Change of Delivery Address
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse the couriers impose a £6 charge to change address. We will have to charge this to the customer if changes need to be made.

:: Lifetime Guarantees
Some of our manufacturers offer a lifetime guarantee on their products. This covers the product against defective materials and workmanship. These guarantees are limited to the failure of the product under normal usage and repairs or replacements will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. All postage costs will be undertaken by the customer for claims made under a lifetime guarantee.
